What is this type of dress code?

For women, this is a floor-length evening dress. It does not necessarily have to be black, but it is worth following the description of the dress code, because some events ask for black or dark blue shades for men and women. Nevertheless, the woman's image must include heels, an evening clutch and expensive jewelry (diamonds, pearls, gold).
